Job Description
The position may require the employee to support occasional call in for troubleshooting. The employee shall periodically be on call. Responsibilities Setting up and operating laboratory equipment and instruments as outlined in current instructions Performing tests according to Analysis Plan / adhoc request from plants in order to monitor the production process on samples record test results Communicating results to the relevant Operations personnel Preparing reagents and standards for analysis and synthesis of standards needed for analysis and calibration Maintaining laboratory equipments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed. Calibration, verification and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipments according to schedule.
