Sample homogenization, extraction and extract cleanupPerforming routine laboratory tasks in support of all analytical chemists including operation of rotovaps, soxhlets, manifolds and other laboratory equipment; solvent rinsing glassware, preparing reagents and packing chromatographic columns.Recording accurate and complete routine data on work-up sheets to provide a complete legal history of the samples.Become proficient within one or more of the lab groups – Sample Prep, Extraction, Cleanup, LC and Technical Group.Training and mentoring of peers in methods and standard operating procedures.Apply method approved additional extract cleanup steps as required.
