Position Overview
The Deployment Lead is a key member of a global team responsible for launching laboratory services at new sites. The role involves extensive international travel and time in the field, leading the setup and commissioning of new laboratory sites, delivering training, troubleshooting laboratory workflows, conducting quality audits, and building relationships with site management and client representatives. This is a hands‑on, non‑desk position requiring resilience and adaptability in remote, resource‑constrained environments. Specific Responsibilities
