Lead transformational initiatives within Public Health Ontario's laboratory services as a Laboratory Operations Transformation Manager. Drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance across all sites in Toronto.
This role is pivotal in advancing strategic change management at PHO’s laboratory services. You will utilize Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflows and implement new systems. As a strategic leader, you will support the Director of Laboratory Operations in ensuring stable daily service delivery and effective transition activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process improvement initiatives using data analysis and Lean methodologies
• Implement change management strategies for new laboratory systems
• Provide operational support during transitions across PHO laboratory sites
