**Position Overview:**
Assists in maintaining and continually improving the laboratory's Quality Management Program (QMP), to include monitoring, reporting and assessing performance-related information. Functions as a subject matter expert; advises on all aspects of the Lab's Quality Control Program, Process Management and External/Internal Assessments (i.e. proficiency testing and surveys/inspections). Investigates, reports and facilitates resolution of non-conforming events. Provides data and reports to support the quality review activities of the Medical and Operations Management teams, ensuring continual improvement of operational quality and service.
