Laboratory Technician

About the company/role:
Our Sydney office is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a well-known alcoholic and carbonated beverage company based in Western Sydney. This is a full-time, casual, afternoon shift role for at least 6-months. The role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and works closely with Quality team members.
 
Duties:

• Chemical testing of beverage samples (pH, brix, de-gas, titrates, acids)
• Implementation and delivery of training programs
• Data collection of laboratory results
• Validation of QC testing across the site
• Packaging testing

Skills/experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
• Experience working in a food/ beverage manufacturing laboratory is essential
