Job Description
Join Shared Health in Steinbach as a General Duty Medical Laboratory Technologist, focusing on patient sample analysis and laboratory safety. This in-person role emphasizes compliance with quality assurance programs and teamwork in lab settings.
You will operate under the supervision of the Charge, conducting analysis and assisting with various laboratory projects. The position requires flexibility to travel to Ste Anne and St. Pierre depending on operational needs, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clinical analysis on patient samples with precision
• Participate in laboratory projects and maintain documentation
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively within the team and with patients
• Rotate through different lab stations as required
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program
• Eligible for CMLTM registration
