Reporting to the Vice President, Labour Relations, you will collaborate closely with management and Human Resources Business Partners to provide expert labour relations guidance. This role offers the opportunity to influence labour strategies, support innovation, and help drive strong employer‑union relationships within a dynamic engineering environment.
