Job Description
**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Ongoing ownership and day to day management of the Payroll Central LATAM Team as they provide payroll services to multiple countries in Latin America through the ADP Payroll model.
- To work in partnership with ADP as our Payroll Systems Provider with the ongoing payroll delivery and payroll changes required.
- Ensuring the Team meets all required deadlines monthly/annually for the respective payroll calendars.
- Responsible for data integrity of the payroll master data and that measures are in place for ongoing data quality for consistent and accurate payrolls.
- To act as the company's lead on payroll legislation and process queries, working with Payroll Partners as appropriate.
- Accountable for the sign off for the country payroll and change requests which impact payroll processing setup and processes.
