You’re comfortable working outdoors in all weather. You don’t shy away from long days, heavy lifting, or fast-paced job sites. You respect tools, equipment, and other people’s property. You don’t need to know everything — but you need to be willing to learn. If you have experience in landscaping, construction, or maintenance, that’s a bonus.
