The Launch Consultant supports the successful implementation and adoption of EAB’s Navigate360 and related student success technologies. This role combines project management, partner consultation, and change management support to help institutions operationalize student success strategies and achieve measurable outcomes aligned with their goals. The Senior Associate partners closely with institutional stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to guide implementations from project kickoff through go-live and early adoption.
