As the L&D Specialist, you will design, deliver and manage practical learning programs and capability solutions that build leadership[ and workforce capability and embedded into everyday work for a diverse consulting workforce.
Your Profile
Design, deliver and manage leadership, manager and team capability programsLead the end-to-end delivery of key capability programsPartner with Business Partners and leaders to understand capability needs and design targeted learning solutionsSupport learning and engagement activities for priority business initiativesFacilitate engaging workshops, learning sessions and leadership forums
