Role Overview
The L&D Trainer for Leadership Development is in charge of ensuring that iFive training and coaching needs are met by working with the Training Lead/Manager.
Main Responsibilities
Formulation of project-specific training plans for blended learning.
Identifying performance gaps, creation of action plans and providing training and coaching support when necessary to employees across all levels of the organization, including new hires, tenured associates, leaders, and support groups.
