Lead AI Product Design & Platform Vision

Deel is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to lead the design vision for their AI vertical. This role is pivotal and explores the intersection of conversational AI, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows, shaping the next-generation platform.

You will own the design strategy for various AI products and work closely with the Principal Designer and other teams to establish coherence in the user experience.
