Responsibilities
Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings Lead project meetings, coordinate other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects, and manage a group of architectural staff Manage a team of consultants Client communication Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both internal and external client needs are met and that projects are delivered within cost, quality, and schedule targets Manage the financial aspect of the project, including planning, scheduling, forecasting, and staffing; work with accounting to achieve desired results Support the team in pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation, including schedule and fee Qualifications
Registered Architect in Ontario (OAA), or eligibility to be registered in the province Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, ...
