Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings
- Lead project meetings, coordinate other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects, and manage a group of architectural staff
- Manage a team of consultants
- Client communication
- Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both internal and external client needs are met and that projects are delivered within cost, quality, and schedule targets
- Manage the financial aspect of the project, including planning, scheduling, forecasting, and staffing; work with accounting to achieve desired results
- Support the team in pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation, including schedule and fee
Qualifications
- Registered Architect in Ontario (OAA), or eligibility to be registered in the province
