Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer to design and deliver cloud‑native microservices using Java and Spring Boot. You will lead engineering teams, collaborate with product and client stakeholders, and contribute to modern React.js + Type Script based applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Architect and develop microservices and APIs using Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud
Design distributed systems using Kafka/Rabbit MQ, Redis, SQL/No SQL
Deploy and operate services on AWS/Azure/GCP using Docker & Kubernetes
Enable CI/CD pipelines , Infrastructure as Code, and automation
Collaborate with frontend teams using React.js and Type Script
Establish coding standards, testing strategies , and code reviews
Implement observability (logs, metrics, traces) and support production systems
Lead, mentor engineers, and work closely with Product, UX, QA, Dev Ops, and clients...
