Lead Cloud Engineer / Architect - Azure

The Role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Cloud Engineer or Architect to join a growing technology function undergoing a major Microsoft cloud transformation programme . This is a key role, responsible for shaping Azure and Microsoft 365 architecture , infrastructure strategy, and cloud leadership within a highly regulated environment.

The organisation is mid-way through its cloud journey, operating in a hybrid on-premise and Azure environment , with significant programmes focused on migrating infrastructure, estate, and data into Microsoft Azure while also modernising the Microsoft 365 estate, including adoption of Microsoft Copilot and broader digital workplace transformation.

We are looking for a strong Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure specialist with architecture and design capability, able to lead enterprise-scale cloud initiatives in both a strategic and hands-on capacity.
