Lead Cloud & Platform Engineer – Internal Developer Platform

We are looking for a collaborative, strategic, and technically strong Lead Cloud & Platform Engineer to lead the creation and inception of Aviva’s Internal Developer Platform (IDP). You will play a foundational role in shaping the platform’s vision, architecture, and initial capabilities, establishing the patterns and frameworks that will enable developer productivity at scale.

This role reports to the AVP, Cloud and Platform Engineering, where you will serve as a key design authority, defining the foundational architecture, standards, and strategic direction for Aviva’s Internal Developer Platform.
