Lead CNC Programmer/Operator -Security Clearance Eligibility Required

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled  Lead Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer/Operator  to join our production team.

In this hybrid role, you will be the technical lead on the shop floor, responsible for creating precision CNC programs from engineering drawings and overseeing the setup and operation of our machines.

You will serve as a mentor to junior operators, ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards while optimizing our manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency.  .

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Programming:

•  Develop, test, and troubleshoot CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to produce parts that meet tight tolerances.

Setup & Operation:

•  Perform complex machine setups, including tool selection and fixture installation.
