Job Description

Title:
Lead Construction Engineer - Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom (E&I&T)Job Purpose
Lead and manage all Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom construction activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely execution in accordance with Local Saudi Arabia standards, project specifications, and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead E&I&T construction works including LV/MV/HV systems, substations, instrumentation, DCS/PLC/SIS, and telecom systems (FOC, PA/GA, CCTV).
Act as the primary E&I&T interface with EPC contractors, PMC, client, vendors, and commissioning teams.
Ensure compliance with SAES, SAMSS, SABIC Engineering Standards, IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, and ISA.
Review and approve method statements, ITPs, work packs, and technical queries.
Enforce HSE requirements, PTW, LOTO, and electrical safety practices.
