We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to take technical ownership, drive the technical execution and quality of our enterprise CRM.
Our CRM ecosystem, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights ), plays a critical role in customer acquisition, contract lifecycle management, SLA monitoring, and operational coordination, tightly integrated with TMS and finance systems.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role , focused on development excellence, platform reliability, and sustainable evolution. You will work in close collaboration with Solution Architects and other stakeholders, contributing to the implementation of architectural decisions and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle.
