Join the Bicentennial Program as a Lead Early Childhood Educator responsible for enriching play-based learning for young children in a nurturing environment. This full-time role focuses on compliance with legislation, ensuring safety and personal development.
As a Lead ECE, you will report to the Child Care Supervisor, applying strong knowledge of child development. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities tailored to individual children's needs. You'll maintain safety standards and assist in program delivery alongside students and volunteers.
