What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer
- Proven full stack development experience with .NET, , T-SQL, and C#.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, MS SQL databases, and cloud services (preferably Azure).
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring developers in an agile team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex systems and integrations.
