Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply local construction codes and client technical standards.
- Prepare HVAC content for bids and presentations.
- Define subcontractor scope, review technical submissions, and support tender clarifications.
- Develop construction and installation plans, including shop drawings and material take-offs.
- Create detailed work schedules and resource plans.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
