Job Description
- Lead advisory and discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and define solution strategies
- Design and support implementation of Omada Identity solutions across enterprise environments
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, providing guidance on IAM best practices, governance models, compliance, and operational improvements
- Translate business requirements into scalable IAM and Identity Governance solutions
- Support the development of RBAC models, Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, access governance controls, and certification frameworks
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, HR, compliance, and application teams to align IAM capabilities with organisational goals
