This position leads and represents the BY CC for the Global Customer Management (GCM) account, acting as the primary interface between operations, the customer, Local IT Business Partners (CL IT), and Global IT teams. The role ensures coordinated delivery, transparent communication, stable operations, and consistent alignment with architecture, templates, standards, and customer expectations.
Tasks and responsibilities:
STRATEGIC / TACTICAL
Lead and represent the BY CC towards the GCM account, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and delivery plans. 

Drive the internal BY CC organization around GCM—securing resources, planning activities, managing timelines, and coordinating workstreams linked to the account.
