Role Summary
The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for the ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of the Insurance Application. This role focuses on maintaining system reliability, security, and performance while working closely with cross-functional IT and business teams. The position requires hands-on technical involvement, operational support, and leadership in delivering system enhancements and production stability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver first-level application support for the Insurance system and its integrated applications.
Oversee business-as-usual (BAU) operations, including incident management, system patching, performance optimization, and daily processing activities.
Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Facilitate the onboarding and integration of new systems into the General Insurance Core platform.
