Lead Java Developer

This a hybrid Full Time position working in São Paulo, Brazil working with US clients. We offer: Salary R$20,000 gross monthly 3 days on site / 2 days at home Vale Refeição / Alimentação R$ 992,00 Plano de Saúde Bradesco ( Descontos Sujeito a Alteração) Plano Odontológico Bradesco Seguro de Vida Auxílio Creche Required Qualifications: Strong 8 years of hands-on experience in Java 8 , Spring Boot , Spring Cloud , and Microservices design patterns. Solid understanding of REST APIs , JSON , and API gateway frameworks . Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns . Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
