Lead LCC Project Engineer (Ciudad Apodaca)

Operation & Technology (O&T) team is a diverse team covering Services initiatives related to Wabtec’s locomotives. The team interacts with both Wabtec’s remanufacturing shops as well as customer service shops (CSCs) worldwide.

As a member of the Operations & Technology (O&T) Propulsion group, you will be responsible for identifying and executing life cycle cost (LCC) reduction projects for the Global Services Organization (GSO). In this role, you will influence cross-functional teams, drive innovative cost projects, and be accountable for short and long‑term results of a multi‑million‑dollar project portfolio. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of emerging technologies in Wabtec’s remanufacturing sites leveraging automation, advanced repair techniques, non‑destructive testing, and machine vision.
