The role involves overseeing aircraft troubleshooting, managing maintenance schedules, and directing both internal and contracted personnel to achieve excellent operational efficiency. You will be essential in supervising all aspects of maintenance compliance and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate aircraft technical dispatch and defect rectification • Guide maintenance teams to uphold regulatory compliance • Monitor and manage MEL/CDL items efficiently • Facilitate repair efforts during AOG situations • Ensure safety protocols and standards are met
