Lead Maintenance Technician

What will you do?

• Lead and support a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, direction, and day‑to‑day coordination
• Perform and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general repairs)
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and OH&S standards
• Coordinate work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams on maintenance activities and service requests
• Monitor site conditions and proactively identify maintenance needs
• Support reporting requirements, including logs, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Assist with onboarding and training of team members
