About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Lead, Maintenance Training, the Lead, Maintenance Training will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training across our maintenance operations.
This role is critical to building workforce capability by developing high-quality training programs that support safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance practices.
In This Role You Will
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Design and develop standardized technical training programs across maintenance disciplines, aligned with operational requirements
- Create high-quality learning materials that support both hands‑on technical training and theoretical knowledge development
