Key Responsibilities
- Own code quality and engineering standards by leading code reviews across iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose)
- Drive mobile app performance, ensuring high standards in responsiveness, stability, and scalability
- Lead, mentor, and develop the mobile engineering team, fostering strong technical expertise and continuous growth
- Champion Agile delivery, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming in partnership with the Director of Software Development
- Ensure consistent and timely delivery, proactively resolving blockers and maintaining sprint commitments
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement by adopting modern mobile technologies and reducing technical debt
