+ Responsible for leading cross functional team of NPI/Install base programs.
+ Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a structural way and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
+ Extensive project management skills in managing R&D projects including scope, schedules, quality, issues & risks.
