About the Job
Provide operations support, implementation, support and communications for Observability services and infrastructure.
- Install, configure and upgrade observability components.
- Observability tools administration for service request, change and reconfiguration.
- Plan, broadcast and apply observability tools patch and hardening.
- Maintain observability configuration items and keep track on new or obsolete components.
- Join in various meetings that requires the observability team involvement.
- Guide and provide Level 1/2 observability troubleshooting support.
- Write and update documentations related to observability administration and configurations.
- Communicate to the stakeholders on the recommendation to ensure observability can detect and capture better and without critical problems in future.
