Systems Engineering supports Allegion’s product platforming subsystems that are used in door devices, locks, and access control systems for the Residential or Commercial environments. Responsible for overall definition, architecture development, requirements, and system integration activities that span software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical design components. Defines requirements, design architectures, and ensure all subsystems work together to achieve the desired functionality. This role is highly interdisciplinary, requiring coordination across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams. Testing and debugging activities validate functionality and compliance.
