Our Training Team delivers world-class technical training for Qualys IT security risk and compliance solutions in the classroom and online. We are a global team of training professionals passionate about helping customers learn and succeed with our products. We're looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join us!
Responsibilities
- Consult with stakeholders to define technical enablement needs;
this is a shared responsibility with the training team. - Work with multiple teams, including Engineering, Product Management, SME, Sales, and Support, to consolidate knowledge elements, review, validate, and ensure training content aligns with business requirements.
- Manage and deliver technical training to our customers, prospects, partners, and internal Qualys employees, in-person or via virtual mediums.
