Job Description
Position – Manager/ Lead UI/UX Designer
Location- Chennai
Relevant Exp: 15– 20yrs in Banking Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands-on Design Responsibilities
Champion principles of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
Apply knowledge of designing in an Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis.
Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, page flows, and sitemaps.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI assets aligned with style guides and brand standards.
Define and apply visual design principles, design language, typography, iconography, and motion/interaction design.
Recommend modern navigation patterns and support scalable information architecture.
Design and propose signature interaction patterns for web and native apps, validated through testing.
Revise and improve designs based on user feedback...
