Our client, a specialist business in Digital are recruiting for an experienced Technical Lead / Lead Web Developer to oversee and manage their team of remote developers whilst growing their interesting portfolio of professional related web properties.
As Technical Lead, you will be required to:
Play an integral role within the business management team. Lead weekly scrums and oversee deployments. Mentor their team of remote engineers, while also being hands-on with coding Ensure the team keeps focus on the sprint goals (e.g., by acting as a buffer between external distractions and the team) to deliver the work committed to in the sprints.
