WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Provide guidance and work supervision to team ensuring availability of resources to exceed key performance metrics.
Coordinate data driven improvements demonstrating the A3 & RCCM process.
Participate in and/or lead multi-functional, multi-level improve projects and kaizen events.
Support a continuous improvement culture by coaching and involving employees in Lean methodologies.
