Job Description
**Objetivo**
Lead and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean tools and methodologies.
**Principales Responsabilidades**
- Manage productivity indicators, headcount, overtime, and labor standardization.
- Develop and oversee plant subproduct projects, including heads and blocks.
**Requisitos del puesto**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Capable of aligning efforts to meet departmental and plant-wide goals.
- Advanced English is preferred.
