Lean Production Specialist — Process Optimization

Feltex is seeking a Production Specialist to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. Responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, contributing to project initiation, and implementing process improvements to enhance output and quality.

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or Diploma in Production/Operations management or Industrial Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar automotive or manufacturing role.
