Real-time tracking team member performance & engagement leveraging Business Intelligence Hosting virtual & in-person coaching opportunities that support employee development spanning leasing techniques, financial understanding, advanced sales skills and more. Promoting operational efficiencies by monitoring and providing training on property management software platforms (Resman, Coupa, etc.). Devising strategic learning plans targeting employee needs Build interactive learning content and deliver across company portfolio Support the growth of the internal peer-to-peer mentorship program Communicating regularly with support function leads and leadership in developing new and innovative best practices.
