Learning and Development Program Manager

We’re looking for a hands‑on, passionate Learning & Development Program Manager to design and deliver impactful learning programmes for our people, with a strong initial focus on managers and leaders. This role is about building high-quality learning experiences, not just administering tools, from shaping clear learning pathways (from first-time manager to experienced leader) to bringing them to life through our LMS (Supercrew Academy) and a mix of other learning formats.

Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll work closely with leaders, People Partners and subject‑matter experts to translate real business and people needs into practical, scalable learning programmes. You’ll play a key role in strengthening leadership capability across Supermetrics, while also being a passionate driver of DEI learning initiatives and support for our ERGs.
