About the Role
Responsibilities
Supervises Staff/Assistant in delivery of Training Evaluation to determine the training effectiveness and if training programs are helping employees improve.
Evaluates and provides comprehensive feedback on the value of the training programs and their effectiveness in order to achieve company goals.
Works with managers on program development in order to ensure training programs are implemented company-wide to increase staff know-how, efficiency and performance.
Manages the Training Calendar and ensure all New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) are executed.
Qualifications
Graduate in the Degree of Psychology or any 4-year course.
Required Skills
At least 5-year experience in Training & Development.
Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
