Required Skills:
1. Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre in an International process as a Trainer.
2. Graduation is a must.
3. Should have excellent communication skills.
4. Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
5. Must have experience in Cloud, Data Analytics tools like Looker, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.
