Principle Objective of Position
The Learning & Development (L&D) Intern supports the execution and evaluation of the site’s capability-building strategy. This role works closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and cross‑functional teams to help develop the skills needed to achieve site business goals.
Reporting Line
Reports to: Learning & Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintain learning structures, records, and performance metrics within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the planning and execution of learning needs analysis; provide guidance to Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the process.
