Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee capability, performance, and career progression across Cilantro stores. The role ensures training effectiveness, alignment with business objectives, and consistency of learning standards across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and update training programs (onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership).
• Coordinate and deliver in-store and classroom training sessions.
• Support the implementation of the in-store training system and certification processes.
• Develop training materials (manuals, presentations, job instructions, assessments).
• Track training attendance, completion, and certification status.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools.
