As our Learning and Development Lead, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and embedding learning frameworks that support the successful delivery of digital and operational projects across the organisation.
You will:
- Design scalable, role‑based learning and development frameworks
- Lead training needs analysis and identify capability gaps across key projects
